Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous barcodes.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
